Too many people are often heard commenting on how expensive vitamins are and that they are usually not affordable. Ironically if you look around these are the same persons that buy sodas, lattes, cigarettes and alcohol. You have to decide if your health is worth it or not. With vitamins you do get what you pay for. The more expensive ones are usually a bit better than the cheaper ones so you have to decide what works best for you. Multivitamins are probably the single most important supplement you can take. If by now you aren't taking vitamins then you should start.
